Bre Loughlin

Bre is a tech geek, a musician, a traveler, a gym rat and like a lot of nurses, a problem solver.

As a nurse executive at Epic, she managed six products and launched two, with a focus on nursing innovation, mobile solutions, and behavioral health. She met with leaders from health organizations around the world creating strategies to optimize their health IT.

Leading up to that she got into the ring with a tech start-up and followed that up with roles in change management and organizational strategy and design at a leading consulting company.

In March 2020, in response to the pandemic and the immediate need at local homeless shelters, she launched Nurse Disrupted to connect nurses to shelters via telehealth.

Bre is building a team focused on using technology to meet some of healthcare’s most pressing challenges, such as health disparities and nurse retention.
